Sessions

Movement sessions:

Work on the physical body to either build strength or use the physical energy bodies to process stuck emotions. Together we will create more awareness in body orientation, posture and how you present yourself to the world. Can also be a more reflective and self-care session using a moving meditation to help strengthen focus and discipline 

Coaching and Bodywork:

Have a clear question or topic to be discussed. This is an active session and we work together to tap into your unique resources to discover the answers to your questions. These sessions also can be more directed to process past traumas or unprocessed events. These are both processes and take multiple sessions. We begin sessions by talking to one another to gain a clear and practical understanding and then move to the massage table to use bodywork to tap into the unconscious layers of the mind and body.
